A study is completed annually to determine the viability of a before and after school program. Currently, the following schools do not offer the program:

• Ec Ste-Anne
• Ec Ste-Therese
• Ec St-François-Xavier
• Éc St-Louis (Hearst)
• Éc St-Louis (Virginiatown)

If a before and after school program is cancelled, the Conseil scolaire catholique des Grandes Rivières will, where possible, make the necessary arrangements to offer another one.
