
Proposed executive compensation plan for the Ontario publicly funded CMRDB
The Ontario government has undertaken the development of compensation models to provide a consistent and transparent approach to the compensation of senior public sector executives. The Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014 (“the Act”) applies to all designated employers in the broader public sector in Ontario, including universities, colleges, hospitals and school boards. The Conseil scolaire catholique de district des Grandes Rivières (“Conseil”) is one of these designated employers.
