Request for distribution of advertising material
The Conseil scolaire catholique des Grandes Rivières authorizes the distribution of advertising material in its facilities as long as the material and the sender respect the mission, values and vision of the Council.
Principles of application
- All material must come from a non-profit organization.
- The organization must ensure that it provides a sufficient number of copies. The Board must not, under any circumstances, assume reproduction costs.
- The material must be offered in French, without spelling, grammar or vocabulary errors, and must contain appropriate content to teachers and students.
- Any material that targets staff and the student body must be approved by the Director of Education or delegate.
- The authorization form should contain the name and contact information of a contact person within the organization that displays or distributes the material.
All distribution requests must be submitted at least five working days before the distribution date scheduled to ensure document approval. You must print the distribution request form and include the completed form with the handout material delivered to the school.
