When your request is approved, an email will be sent to you so that you can register for our computerized locum system - SISA.

It is important to note the following points:
You are responsible at all times:
- indicate your UNAVAILABILITY in your other profiles when you are assigned to a replacement task
- when you accept a task, you have a responsibility to fill that task and not to accept other tasks in other areas for the same day
- to communicate directly with the school if you have to cancel your supply teaching task the same day in addition to canceling your supply teaching in SISA
- inform the Board of any change concerning your personal information (e.g. address, telephone number, email address, etc.)
As occasional substitutes, you can
anytime edit in SISA (please see resources above):
- your PIN number (password) and callback number
(phone number to receive calls from SISA) - your schedule (time and day of the week for which you are available)
- your unavailability dates
