The Conseil scolaire catholique des Grandes Rivières (CSCDGR) welcomes more than 5 elementary and secondary students daily. Our 300 elementary schools, eight secondary schools and three alternative education centres are located on a territory covering nearly 24 square kilometres, from Hearst to Temiskaming Shores, including Foleyet, Gogama and Timmins.

REPLACEMENT REQUEST FORM FOR QUALIFIED AND UNQUALIFIED PERSONNEL

SISA - COMPUTERIZED SUPPLEANCE AND ASSIDUITY SYSTEM

When your request is approved, an email will be sent to you so that you can register for our computerized substitute system – SISA.

It is important to note the following points:

You are responsible at all times:

  1. indicate your UNAVAILABILITY in your other profiles when you are assigned to a replacement task
  2. when you accept a task, you have a responsibility to complete this task and not accept other tasks in other areas for the same day
  3. to communicate directly with the school if you have to cancel your supply teaching task the same day in addition to canceling your supply teaching in SISA
  4. inform the Board of any change concerning your personal information (e.g. address, telephone number, email address, etc.)

As occasional substitutes, you can
anytime edit in SISA  (please see resources above):

  1. your PIN number (password) and callback number
    (phone number to receive calls from SISA)
  2. your schedule (hours and days you are available)
  3. your unavailability dates
